No one knows their Division, register alphabetically by club name; More space between rows, couldn't get by each other and even if we wanted to network we were locked in where we sat. Need WAY more organization in presenting opening remarks, talk was fine, have speakers assemble then line up in the order they will present, The facilitator should be in charge not someone unseen through a side doorway. Extra pencils should be available such as a box of golf size pencils. Have websites mentioned printed on back of the days schedule. I have not received my manual and I still do not know how to contact the people who I was told to contact or where to find contact info. Move speaker away from the door. After an hour give the audience a stand up break. Use light color folios so attendees can write their name and possibly notes on them. Have food diabetics can eat (low carb and low sugar with fruit and veges. High carb and high sugar put audiences to sleep.

Would have been nice to schedule it. Other than that, it was my first time. Great job!

Cutting the remaining portion of time spent over the day in half would have done wonders in terms of quality over quantity.
