Business
Hello Presidents and VPEs– At the Spring Conference on May 15th, we will be
having a business meeting that will require a quorum to complete an important
vote! We will be electing officers for the next year – Governor of District 32,
Lt. Governor of Education, the Lt. Governor of Marketing, our Division Governors
and voting on a realignment of clubs in areas.
Presidents and VPEs – you should have received a proxy form from Diana Ehri over
the weekend. If you as President and / or VPE cannot attend the business
meeting, you may send another member with the proxies. It is very important that
we have a quorum! Please let me know if you have any questions. Many thanks!
